SW Anti Vase information accelerates the degradation of organic matter (sludge, silt, branches, dead leaves, etc.). This mineralization leads to accelerated production of nitrates and phosphates, which can promote the development of algae.
It is then possible to observe a rapid development of algae followed by their disappearance at the end of the mineralization process.
To avoid this temporary spread of algae, it is advisable, 3 to 4 weeks after applying SW Anti-silt, to partially drain the pool and top up the level with water without nitrates and phosphates.
It may be necessary to repeat this operation several times until significant degradation of the organic matter generating nitrates and phosphates is achieved. However, care must be taken to ensure that the roots of aquatic plants are always implanted in a minimum of organic matter.

DOSAGES and IMPLEMENTATION |
Dosages: - 5 g/m² the first week. - 1 to 2 g/m² in the following weeks. Frequency of application : (from autumn to spring) Once a week for the first month, then once every 3 to 4 weeks depending on the progress of the mud degradation. Implementation Mix SW Anti Vase with clean water or pond water then spread the mixture as evenly as possible over the entire surface of the environment to be treated. Note: it is possible to mix sand with water in SW Anti Vase to increase the persistence of the treatments . It is recommended to use SW Anti Vase before using SW Surface Water. |
